THE APPAREL ACADEMY
Mindy Martell has helped more than 1,000 microbrands develop hundreds of thousands of apparel products. She came to us just as she was launching a virtual academy for designers.
Project Notes Become a Book
Mindy hired us to write worksheets for her 20-lesson course. Soon, we realized our notes were forming a narrative. Four months later, our notes became the manuscript for Mindy’s book! She’ll use it as a lead magnet and course resource.
Retention = Revenue
Within a week of implementing our recommended “flipped classroom” strategy, Mindy reported increased engagement with her students. This led to retention in the class, which continues to run successfully and generate revenue.
"I am VERY excited, and you have done an EXCELLENT job."

VETERANS COMPENSATION EDUCATION
Jon Brown helps veterans receive compensation for service-connected disability. After serving as a Third Class Petty Officer in the Navy, Jon began his public service career, which has spanned 40+ years.
Teaching As The Best Marketing Tool
Jon’s project proved that education is today’s most compelling marketing tool. From our first meeting, it was clear: He had a ton of heart, and his knowledge put an encyclopedia to shame! He had much to teach veterans about navigating the VA. Our job was to shape it into a clear marketing strategy.
"I’m amazed at Suzi’s ability to pick up on my work of thirty five years and translate into what I wanted to share with the public."
– Jon Brown, Veterans
Who Says YouTubers Have to be 20?
Our work led to a focus on a single aspect of Jon’s work: Advocating for clients on total-disability cases. From there, TYT wrote copy for his new website and helped him create educational YouTube videos.
Before long, he met his goal for finding the clients who needed him.
